The CPR Monitoring system is a cutting-edge solution designed to revolutionize the way organizations track and manage system errors. With a user-centric focus on creating a seamless and intuitive experience, the CPR system empowers users to proactively monitor, analyze, and respond to potential issues across multiple systems and their underlying components. CPR empowers organizations to elevate their system oversight, minimize disruptions, and maintain peak performance across their digital landscapes.
UX Reaserch
The CPR Monitoring System has undergone significant changes based on extensive user research. The research involved interviews with Operators, CML personnel, team leaders, and users of monitored systems. Interestingly, the research revealed that certain user cases were similar across these diverse groups. Users expressed frustration with the existing system status display and the need to open the notification window regularly.
Upon analyzing user behavior, we discovered that users consistently opened the notification window in its largest expand mode. In response, we made a pivotal transformation to the system. The notification window is now expanded and has the most space in the window, eliminating the need to open it. This user-driven enhancement ensures that users can effortlessly access critical information without unnecessary steps, significantly improving the overall user experience. By directly addressing user pain points and aligning the system with observed usage patterns, the redesigned CPR Monitoring System stands as a testament to our commitment to user-centric design.

At work
I’m passionate about problem-solving. I start by asking questions to understand my client’s challenges and goals. Then, I craft user flows, ensuring content and actions align effectively. High-fidelity wireframes bring these ideas to life. Before diving into UI design, I prioritize branding to define the essence and values of the brand. To create a consistent product, I use the logo as a starting point and incorporate its graphic elements and colors throughout. Working together with developers is crucial for success. I aim to deliver not just visually appealing designs but also practical ones that optimize their work.

In Life
I’m a fashion enthusiast, passionate about creating stylish outfits and designing unique silhouettes. My love for drawing and painting influences my designs, as I incorporate techniques like shadowing and highlighting.
One fun fact about me is that I’ve authored a 100-page book, delving into a significant chapter of my life.
Outside of work, I enjoy surfing, lounging on the beach, horseback riding, and exploring different corners of the world. Oh, and I have a dog named after Pablo Escobar.
